Our Stunning Location...what's not to love?

Overlooking the English Channel with views to Looe Island in one direction and Rame Head peninsular in the other, The Glass Shack is situated in a stunning location on the South East Coast of Cornwall.

It is here that Caroline has her studio, where she creates and sells beautiful glass art pieces and also runs workshops to enable anyone to experience the delight in creating their own personal piece of glass art.  What more could you want for inspiration?

All about The Glass Shack

A small but beautifully formed team...

Having spent most of her working life in Corporate Finance and Business Management, Caroline came to working with glass later in life, but immediately knew that this would be where her future would lie, and is now happily working alongside her husband, Steve, who is the "wood master" and who sources and prepares all the wood bases for the glass pieces....and here they are on a 'non-working' day!

Mostly self-taught, learning through experimentation and trial and error, Caroline makes beautiful glass art pieces for sale, takes commissions and runs workshops in her studio on the South East coast of Cornwall.

How to make a day of your visit...

If you are visiting The Glass Shack, either for a workshop or to browse and buy from our gallery, you are in two beautiful villages on the South East Coast of Cornwall.  Why not add lunch or afternoon tea to your day out...there are lots of eateries in the area and, if you have four legged friends, the beaches are dog friendly all year round, or go for a walk along the Seaton Valley Country Park to complete your day out.

Visit The Beach House, The Smugglers Inn or the Seaton Beach Cafe in Seaton or head to Downderry for Summink Different or the Inn on the Shore
